Bullying is a social problem, unjust and immoral of interpersonal violence, affecting a high percentage of students in schools around the world. Preventive measures and strategies that show effectiveness are necessary to reduce its incidence. This paper describes the educational bases that support an anti-bullying pocket program (ABPP): its design, implementation and evaluation activated by an Educational Guidance Team. Its results show its effectiveness in reducing the incidence of bullying and the lessons learned from its implementation, working with 88 students from 5th year of Elementary Education, with an age range of 9 to 12 years (43.2% girls; mean age M=10.11, standard deviation SD=.353) in the pretest group and 97 in the posttest group (46.39% girls; age M=10.56, SD=.503), in 5 public schools. The effects of the program were measured using the Spanish version of the "European Bullying Intervention Project Questionnaire" (EBIPQ) which shows a significant decrease in students involvement in bullying in the roles of victim and aggressor/victimized. The results are discussed in terms of suitability and educational potential of the ABPP as well as the value of the action from the educational guidance team.
