Abstract

ABSTRACT

This report tries to analyze from the point of career development theories how the social dimension of self-concept (Super, 197) and the configuration of occupational maps (Gottfredson, 1981) with in youngsters to promote the development of decision-making based in gender stereotype in their careers. It also, provides same strategies that allow us to keep some how, these stereotypes.
