ABSTRACT
In this papper we expouse the research developing about the process of entering in the professional lifeof graduates of the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) from nine diferents degrees of Social Sciences, Humanities and Engineering. It is presented the teoretical framework and the research model adopted. In this papper, we study the process of entering in the professional life of the graduates and the relationship being between the formation adquire and the consecution of a workstation. It is made a descriptive study by the application of diferent questionnaires and telephon interviews to the graduated. In the research we have considerated the laboral situation during the university studies, the consecuiton of work for the graduaten unemployed and the work change after the studies end. We show the results of the análisis of the work insertion process and its relasionship with the formation carried at the end of the studies and the employ obtention. Almost we consider the ways used for searching work and its utility. Finally, from the conclusions, we offer future research propousal and for the improve of the vocational guidance proceses, before, during and at the end of the degree and in the process of labour enterance.
