Towars a new Proyect of Tutoring Plan into The European Program of Higer Education Area

ABSTRACT
It is necessary to improve the tutorshiping function in the Higer Education in order to obtain a way that the tutoring can have a clear and satisfactory role of the tutorial as for the teacher staff as for the students. This project is aimed the target is to set up build a personalized tutoring model integrated into the context and with university students features as well as fitted the specific characteristics of every University. We attempt pretend to carry out make a classification systematization of its benefits strong points in order to implement a Tutorial Action Plan. This changes of the tutorship’s effectiveness and consideration is needed and it should be promoted by the universities themselves. The tutorship is considered as a basic strategy for any model of the students’ learning students´ guidance, individualization and monitoring. However, it is even more important pursuit of learning in any model.Yet this is even more apparent when we attempt methodologies that promote give the students more learner autonomy are suggested. It improves the public image and the external projection to the university and it bring students stimuli for development of their reflection and their autonomy in the academic context. We present the main basic features characteristics needed to the drawing up construction and the development of a Tutorial Action Plan, which includes all the theoretical-practical contributions required by the European Higer Education Area (EHEA), are presented in this article. Guardianship action programme the collect all the theoretical-practical provisions that are in the framework of the request of the European of the Higer Education Area. Tutoring is considered seen by university teachers as a University teachers’ professional competence as well as a teaching strategy.
