Abstract

ABSTRACT

The article presents the research conducted to determine the competence framework of tutors in secondary education. This study is part of the evaluation research of the training program on tutorship that is being developed in the ICE of the University of Barcelona and it aims to determine the categorization of tutor competences on the XXI Century and the indicators of each of these competencies. This categorization has been built with three sections: current reality of contemporary society and pains, current reality of schools and their operation and research of existing competencies categories. Subsequently, validation has been carried out. The methodology used was the Delphi method with a double jury. At the same time, indicators of learning outcomes of each of the competitions have been collected and validated. The results were clearly significant: the categorization of competencies has a high validation. It has also provided a significant number of learning indicators that will evaluate the training program to tutorship and to incorporate improvements in teacher training plans.
