Technologies are currently present in every sphere of life, thus their use in students' education and academic / career guidance is essential in general, and particularly in Vocational Education. Therefore, it is relevant to know the degree of integration of the different technologies in guidance practices, for which specific, validated and effective instruments are needed. This article presents the design process, creation and validation of a questionnaire on the integration of technologies in the work of counsellors in CIFPs (Vocational Education Training Centres in Spain) by means of the Delphi method. After an initial design and two rounds of evaluation by a total of seven experts and people involved, content validity was studied using Aiken´s V coefficient and the Content Validity Coefficient. The results of the statistical and qualitative analysis of the responses support the validity of the final questionnaire consisting of 22 questions and 121 items. We conclude with the proposal of an instrument that allows the collection of information both for the design and improvement of training programs to integrate technologies in the activity of counsellors working in Integrated Vocational Colleges as for the development of the centres´s Digital Plan.
