Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this article is to provide a theoretical and reflexive summary of emotions development as one of determinant factors for the people’s health. The human being experiences lost of emotions that determine the way we are in every moment. Each emotion has a meaning; a value and usefulness that helps us to prepare and answer before every situation. Emotions not only affect the progress of our lives and actions, the learning process because its altering attention, concentration, memory and motivation, but also determine our conducts, our health and our personal, professional, social well-being definitively, in our quality of life. Emotions play an important role in health are an undeniable part of our lives and essential for promoting a healthy behavior, or on the other hand, if they are negative a potential risk to our health, so people must seek that emotions are transformed into positive incentives. The emotional education prevents and reduces situations that affect negatively our physical and psychic health that allows us to promote the emotional balance and a real welfare state.
