Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study has been directed to assess job satisfaction in preschool, primary and secondary school teachers. Having a sample of 2562 teachers distributed all over national geography, the research focuses one laborating a measuring instrument based on the underlying teachers labor satisfaction model. The Job Satisfaction Scale for teachers, provides information on job satisfaction at three levels (global, dimensional and factorial). This work tackles, also, the study of job satisfaction differences between preschool, elementary, and secondary school teachers in terms of gender, years of experience and educational stage where they teach.
