Abstract

This article aims to verify Michel Foucault pointed question in the penal system and particularly in the prison system (in our case of Spain), see if people who have gone through the criminal justice system remain marked until the end of their days. So, they are placed in a position where returns are no longer the place where they came from, namely, not returned to the place of the proletariat. Alike, it is significant that the values of the economic crisis increase the number of criminal recidivism and structural violence toward prisoners, women victims of the crisis of globalization.
