Un análisis de la polisemia de sentidos del patrimonio cultural en la comunicación turística a partir de herramientas de análisis de contenido cualitativo y cuantitativo como Atlas. Ti.

Resumen

La homonimia puede resultar problemática en la conceptualización del patrimonio cultural, sin embargo, en este artículo se trabaja de forma mixta para asegurar que en el plano teórico, tanto como, en el empírico. En este trabajo combinamos una extensa revisión literaria sobre el patriminio cultural en contexto turístico con el tratamiento primero resultado de la ingeniería del lenguaje natural y después, del análisis semántico del contenido, con el objeto de comprobar de un lado la existencia de diferencias en la comunicación y por otro la complementariedad de los métodos de codificación automáticos y el análisis manual. Los resultados, aún no siendo concluyentes ni generalizables, son una puerta a el estudio en profundidad del concepto a través de los testimonios de los visitantes.
