Abstract

Violence among students at school ages is a global problem. In the last years and due to the obvious manifestation of internal and external conflicts in schools, it has come to light that the time shared with other people needs a regulation to which we must dedicate time, professional work and social attention.

Evidence, research and recent existing knowledge show that there is indeed keenness in Education professional workers to address this issue. This research is an example of this matter and it collects the results of a three-month virtual debate promoted by The Red Atenea among 37 Spanish directors whose contributions were contrasted with other 16 directors. The contributions, collected according to the generation and knowledge management techniques, are analyzed and compared with existing literature according to the subject they tackle. The results indicate, from the practical perspective, the conceptualization, mediation systems and proposals to improve course of action.
