Abstract

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we intend to address and discuss the concept of self career management and its importance for employability in adulthood. We will also discuss career management needs of emerging adults' and the role and functions of career counselors in its promotion. Finally, we present several models of intervention of the Self Career Management, as an example of good practices in career intervention in this realm, and for the group of emerging adults.
