The master ‘s degree in Spain and the Chinese students’ choice

Abstract

The master’s education in Spain is well known for its long history, wide range of specialties, differentiated subjects and flexible teaching methods. Based on the analysis of the corpus of university master’s certificates obtained by Chinese students, the article presents objectively the university distribution, the design of specialties and the curricular of the master of the Spanish universities that have Chinese students. At the same time, it makes a comparison with the master’s education in China. The intention of our research is to publicize the reasons why the postgraduate courses in Spain attract more and more Chinese students and show the development of master’s programs in China.
