Generation of knowledge in the formation of socio-professional intervention in childhood

The article presents the results and findings from research on the evaluation of continuing professional education. The research was conducted over three years in two postgraduate courses developed at the Complutense University of Madrid. The evaluation focused on determining the effects of training conducted (impact assessment). In our work related aspects of management and teaching of courses in processes of knowledge generation and management. These processes of knowledge management are key to skills development in students of the postgraduate courses. The findings from the investigation allow transfer of results to other areas where processes develop initial and continuing training of professionals. Therefore, it seems a useful contribution to lay some groundwork on the design and implementation of training processes to promote the generation of knowledge.
