Este trabajo aborda una lectura desde una posición constructivista integradora de tres de los conceptos transdiagnósticos relevantes en depresión y ansiedad: Afecto Negativo y Afecto Positivo, Sensibilidad a la Ansiedad e Intolerancia a la Incertidumbre. La investigación clínica procedente de la comparación entre resultados y procesos terapéuticos comunes y diferenciales en pacientes ansiosos y depresivos así como en comunalidades y diferencias en sus narrativas del self se utiliza para contrastar la relevancia de dichos conceptos así como su compatibilidad con la lectura integradora del constructivismo.
