Eficacia y Efectividad del Análisis Transaccional en Trastornos Mentales. Una Revisión Sistemática

En este artículo se realiza una revisión sistemática de las investigaciones sobre eficacia y efectividad del Análisis Transaccional en el tratamiento de Trastornos mentales realizados desde 1961 hasta 2023. Para ello se realizó una búsqueda de estudios controlados, metaanálisis y estudios de caso único sistemáticos en Apa PsycInfo, Sportdiscus, Ebook Collection, Open dissertations, Ebook Subscription psychology collection, Psychology and behavioral sciences collection, Psicodoc, Pubmed, PsycArticles, SciELO, Science Direct y PubPsych. Hemos caracterizado los estudios en base a sus diseños metodológicos como ensayos aleatorizados controlados y estudios de caso único sistemáticos que tratan de determinar la eficacia, o como estudios naturalísticos que investigan la efectividad. Los resultados muestran estudios que informan la eficacia y efectividad clínicas de la Terapia con Análisis Transaccional en la mejora sintomática de diversos Trastornos mentales, entre ellos los Trastornos por Estrés, los Trastornos psicofisiológicos, los Trastornos de la Personalidad, la Agresividad, los Trastornos por consumo de sustancias psicotropas, los Trastornos del humor, los Trastornos de ansiedad y los Trastornos esquizofrénicos. Sería deseable que en el futuro otros estudios confirmaran la eficacia y eficiencia del Análisis Transaccional en estas y otras situaciones clínicas y que se realizaran más estudios de costo efectividad.
