Investigación en Psicoterapias Humanistas: Estudios, Resultados y Perspectivas Actuales

Este artículo expone una visión global de la investigación en las Psicoterapias Humanistas (PH), también llamadas Psicoterapias Humanistas Experienciales (PHE). En un primer apartado, se presentan diferentes tipos de estudios junto a algunos de sus resultados, mostrando cómo éstos dan apoyo empírico y avalan la consideración de las PH como tratamientos útiles y efectivos. El segundo apartado está destinado a presentar dos perspectivas complementarias: la investigación transdiagnóstica y la investigación en red sobre la práctica de la psicoterapia, incluyendo estudios realizados dentro del modelo humanista. A partir de aquí se presentan posibilidades y retos para el desarrollo de la investigación en las PH.
