Abstract
It is intended to analyze the morphology of the Zamora palace of the Counts of Alba de Aliste before and after being transformed as a National Tourist Board in 1968. For this purpose, the history of the building and its different uses is analyzed, in which the adaptation of Region Hospice for more than one hundred years. Complementing this work, the analysis of the project of transformation of the property in hotel establishment, written by the architect Jesús Valverde Viñas, is carried out. In addition, we study the work process and the demolition of certain parts of it that resulted in the building that can be observed today.
