Abstract

ABSTRACT

Despite coming down in the legislation which should be the competencies of the occupational trainers, in order to establish a certification there of, it should not be close the professional profile of these teachers, but that it should be considered as a process flexible and changing able to adjust constantly to the social needs that arise around these professionals. Faced the problem that arises today, both in the field of training and in the labour, about what is the way most appropriate to evaluate the acquisition of skills as a final result of a learning process, it is intended by this article present a methodological proposal for the evaluation of the skills that are defined in the certificate of professionalism "Teaching of The Training Professional Jobs", in order to make a proposal of indicators that assess the degree of acquisition of these competencies by students enrolled in this certificate of professionalism. A reflection about the links that originate between the teaching-learning process that has been conducted and the assessment of the performance of the trainer in his professional activity is carried out through the formulation of these indicators.
