This paper presents a reflection on the achievements and challenges of mindfulness based psychological interventions from a psychotherapeutic perspective, i.e. considering them as forms of psychotherapeutic intervention. Furthermore the topic is addressed from the perspective of relational constructivism, i.e., from the view that the construction of the meaning of experience is a linguistic, relational and narrative achievement. In addition, the paper is based on an integrative approach to the practice and conceptualization of psychotherapy.Downloads
