Abstract

Abstract:
The Constitutional Court has created its own category of singular law outside the concept traditionally used in the theory of the sources of law that includes, so far, three subtypes. This article tries to reflect on some of the problems presented by its constitutionality control, as well as to offer a modest rationalization proposal about it.
