El texto estudia las obras de Bill Viola unidas en la serie llamada “Las Pasiones” que el artista expuso por primera vez en la National Gallery de Londres en el 2003, analizando la evolución de las pasiones (sobre todo del miedo y de la esperanza) desde la fundación del Estado Moderno, y sus consecuencias sobre el control de la sociedad contemporánea.
The text studies the Bill Viola’s work of art called “The Passions”, that the artist showed in the National Gallery on London in 2003 for the first time, analyzing the development of the passions (overcoat the fear and the hope) and its consequences in the contemporary society.
