Abstract

Starting from initial stages, moral development evolves to autonomy. These stages are constructed according to the psychological development from early childhood to adulthood. The different levels and criteria of regulation (prenomy, anomy, heteronomy, socionomy and autonomy) determine moral development. In this article the failures or conflicts in moral development are related with the different psychological diseases. The acquisition of autonomy is viewed as the therapeutic way to be reached.
