Abstract

This article addresses the situation created by the measures against international terrorism adopted in recent years in many countries, especially after the serious attacks of September 11, 2001. The role that, since then, have developed the courts of different countries, has been very relevant. It is also the importance which has gained the jurisprudential dialogue between courts, noting a convergence between jurisprudences.
