Organic Law 3/2021, of March 24, on the regulation of euthanasia entails not only the decriminalization of the conduct, but the conversion of it into a right, the right to request the provision of help to die. However, what for many has meant an advance in the conquest of rights for others has meant the triumph of death over life. This research aims to reflect on this Law through its analysis, the voices of the people who request this benefit and those who, not so convinced with it, ask to put palliative care at the center.
