Abstract

This article describes a case of elusive narcissism in the aristocratic mode, from the Moral Development model perspective. It explores the patient’s day-to-day operating mechanisms, the adversities he has to bear, and the effects on his self-esteem. It also provides an evolutive outlook of the case, in order to offer a likely explanation for the generation of such a narcissist mechanism.
