Eficacia y Efectividad del Análisis Transaccional para mejorar la Autoestima, la Resolución de problemas y las Relaciones. Una Revisión sistemática.

En este artículo se realiza una revisión sistemática de las investigaciones sobre eficacia y efectividad del Análisis Transaccional para mejorar la Autoestima, la Resolución de problemas y las Relaciones realizados entre 1961 y 2023. Para ello se realizó una búsqueda de estudios controlados, de metaanálisis y estudios de caso único sistemáticos en Apa PsycInfo, Sportdiscus, Ebook Collection, Open dissertations, Ebook Subscription psychology collection, Psychology and behavioral sciences collection, Psicodoc, Pubmed, PsycArticles, SciELO, Science Direct y PubPsych. Se clasificaron los estudios en base a sus diseños metodológicos, como ensayos controlados aleatorizados y estudios de caso único sistemáticos que tratan de determinar la eficacia, o como estudios naturalísticos que investigan la efectividad. Los resultados informan que el Análisis transaccional se ha mostrado eficaz y efectivo para mejorar la autoestima, el autoconcepto, las habilidades de comunicación, la asertividad, las habilidades de resolución de problemas, la capacidad de afrontamiento, el locus de control, el ajuste social y la intimidad. Sería deseable realizar más estudios de evaluación que confirmen la eficacia, efectividad y eficiencia del Análisis Transaccional en estas y otras aplicaciones clínicas.
