A case of depression and moderate but progressively compulsive alcoholism was treated with "Psichodynamic Therapy" and "Undercover Sensibility (Upper and Cautela, 1983) resulting in an improvement in her condition with acceptable levels for the patient, and the end of alcoholism; she maintened this way during the following six month. It's probably interesting in similar cases to put the punctual effectivity of "Behaviour Therapy" side by side with the whole effectivity of "Psichotherapy".
