In the present article, we introduce a case study of sexual therapy that takes place within a couples’ context. At the beginning of the process, the couple presents erectile dysfunction which started just over one year before. Throughout the sessions, the symptoms significantly improve as a structural crisis, based on a crossed imbalance between symmetry and complementarities, surfaces in the couple.
