Psicoterapia cognitivo analítica: un paradigma de integración en psicoterapia. Antecedentes, justificación epistemológica, aspectos teóricos y técnicos.

En el presente artículo se presenta una concepción integradora de la psicoterapia, y específicamente un modelo cognitivo analítico, inspirado fundamentalmente en la terapia cognitivo analítica descrita por Anthony Ryle, pero con algunas modificaciones. Se abordan, además, los antecedentes históricos de la Psicoterapia Cognitivo Analítica (P.C.A.), haciendo referencia a los intentos de síntesis entre conductismo y psicoanálisis, que ya se habían llevado a cabo en el pasado, a fin de poder encuadrar los aspectos teóricos y técnicos, propios de esta concepción.
