Two therapeutic modalities in the field of Family and Couple Therapy are proposed in order to facility the analysis of the narratives related with the gender in psychotherapy: co-therapy and reflecting team. Creating alternatives and giving opportunities to different voices seems to be a good help about delicate gender problems, better than unidirectional ways, in a fiel where diversity and social and cultural enrichment have priority.
