Abstract

This article deals with the legitimated subjects to interpose the conflict between constitutional organs, as regulated by the LOTC. It will be argued that the legitimation conceded by the authoritative law is insufficient to guarantee the separation of powers (as constitutional organization). Therefore, this work will study all the currently legitimated subjects and will discuss possible subjects to which it could be granted the required legitimation.
