El Papel Regulatorio De La Satisfacción Con La Vida En El Efecto Del Sindrome De Burnout Sobre El Silencio Organizacional

Existe una investigación limitada en la literatura que examina las relaciones entre el síndrome de burnout, el silencio organizacional y la satisfacción con la vida entre los radiólogos. El objetivo de este estudio es investigar el papel regulatorio del síndrome de burnout/silencio organizacional/satisfacción con la vida en el efecto del silencio organizacional/síndrome de burnout/síndrome de burnout en la satisfacción con la vida/satisfacción con la vida/silencio organizacional en los radiólogos. Se administró una encuesta que consta de tres escalas diferentes para medir la satisfacción con la vida, el síndrome de burnout y el silencio organizacional. Los datos obtenidos de 613 radiólogos mediante muestreo conveniente y métodos de encuesta presencial fueron analizados utilizando software SPSS, SPSS Process y Amos. Según los resultados del análisis, el nivel de síndrome de burnout exhibido por los radiólogos no tiene un papel regulatorio en el impacto del silencio organizacional en la satisfacción con la vida, y el nivel de silencio organizacional exhibido por los radiólogos no tiene un papel regulatorio en el impacto del síndrome de burnout en la satisfacción con la vida. Si los radiólogos tienen un bajo nivel de satisfacción con la vida, el síndrome de burnout no afecta significativamente su silencio organizacional. Si la satisfacción con la vida es media o alta, el síndrome de burnout tiene un efecto positivo significativo en el silencio organizacional, por lo que el efecto del síndrome de burnout en el silencio organizacional está regulado por el nivel de satisfacción con la vida.
