Resiliencia y satisfacción vital durante la pandemia por COVID-19 en España: su relación con variables emocionales y sociodemográficas

Resumen

La preocupación por el impacto psicológico que pueda tener la pandemia de COVID19 se refleja en el creciente número de investigaciones realizadas. El objetivo de este estudio fue medir el nivel de resiliencia y de satisfacción con la vida en una muestra de población adulta (n = 572) y conocer aquellas variables que pueden estar relacionadas con la capacidad de afrontamiento y con el bienestar subjetivo. Los resultados indican que las medidas de depresión se relacionan negativamente con la resiliencia (r = -.404) y con la satisfacción con la vida (r = -.427), y las de ansiedad, también negativamente, con la resiliencia (r = -.308) y con la satisfacción con la vida (r = -.426). Los ANOVA muestran diferencias estadísticamente significativas (p < .01) entre resiliencia y satisfacción vital, con las variables relaciones sociales, tiempo de ocio y expectativas sobre el impacto futuro de la pandemia. Estos resultados pueden ayudarnos en el diseño e implementación de intervenciones que promuevan el bienestar.
