Abstract

This work aims to analyze some of the most essential specificities of group crime. The criminal phenomenology of the organized group has relevance in criminal dogmatics, making specific correctives necessary in the different crime categories to adapt to this form of crime. An assessment of the group phenomenon regarding illegality and guilt is proposed.
