Abstract

This text presents a vision of psychotherapy which seeks to illuminate his teaching and his practice transcending the various theoretical approaches. So it appeals to a philosophy of the act according to which what is taught and learned in therapy, what distinguishes beginners expert therapists, it is their ability to guide, support and redirect the attention in the direction of the change. Outlines the foundations of this philosophy of the Act, three levels of therapeutic practice that is deducted from it and some suggestions to improve the training of future therapists.
