As evidenced Rosal (2002), collecting research results of the last century, the therapeutic power of the images makes them an instrument of psychotherapy. They are a vehicle facilitator of creative change on the client. This article presents the therapeutic process of a case that began treatment with a personality disorder and that, from image creation procedures and fantasy, given the perspective of Integrative Psychotherapy Humanist, achieved a healthy living personality. From an integrative vision, interventional procedures combine the work with the body, breath and movement, with the creativity of the patient and image creation. It is described how all these allows the expression and emotional drain, insight and a significant and comprehensive change in the way we look and understand the character of the case.Downloads
