Abstract

Group therapy gives us a privileged framework to include the management of the body and action as therapeutic tools. Both the body and the action become tools to generate global experiences, which allow access to a state of connection that facilitates the creation of new modes of connection. The latest findings in neuroscience support this thesis. It is the experiences and not the ideas that really generate new neural connections that allow the changes.
