Objectives. Fad Juventud Foundation and Complutense University of Madrid developed a brief intervention through telepsychology for young people. This study analysed its efficacy. Method. Anxious and depressive symptomatology and stress levels were assessed using standardised instruments in individuals interested in the intervention. Additionally, emotional regulation and problem solving skills; alcohol, cannabis and tobacco consumption; and suicidal ideation were assessed in the final participants. Afterwards, five modules were implemented, addressing all the assessed variables through exercises and techniques, concluding with their reassessment. Differences among pre-treatment and post-treatment scores were analysed using Student’s t or Wilcoxon rank-sum test; change scores; and change predictors in clinical variables by lineal regression models. Results: 41 persons participated in the intervention (78.57% women; Mage = 23.66 years, SD = 3.88; Msessions attended = 6.33, SD = 1.1). Statistical significative differences were found, with except for consumption and impulsive/inattentive style (problem solving). Change scores showed a depressive symptomatology increasement in participants with clinical scores in pre-treatment, and a decrease in anxious symptomatology, stress and suicidal ideation. Smaller depressive symptomatology reduction and number of session attended were positively related. Conclusions. Results suggest efficacy of the intervention on anxious symptomatology, stress, emotional regulation skills, problem solving and suicidal ideation.
