Resumen

En este artículo se exploran las relaciones entre ciencias cognitivas y psicoterapias cognitivas desde la perspectiva de la investigación básica y aplicada en psicoterapia por lo que respecta a los códigos de representación cognitiva, la memoria y los sistemas de representación y la racionalidad y los sesgos positivos. Finalmente se aborda el problema de la efectividad.
