¡Quiero mi Barbie Bruja! Disconformidad de género infantil en varones homosexuales y bisexuales españoles

Este articulo explora dos procesos controvertidos en el desarrollo de la identidad homosexual de 20 jóvenes cisgénero españoles: 1) la manifestación de disconformidad de género en su primera infancia, antes de experimentar cualquier forma de atracción erótica o romántica por otros varones; 2) la incomprensión, rechazo y descalificación que tales transgresiones provocaron en sus familiares y sus pares. La muestra estudiada incluye 16 jóvenes homosexuales y 4 bisexuales (media edad: 25,0; desv tip.: 4,6), reclutados en redes sociales y entrevistados en profundidad con una orientación biográfica (3 horas de promedio). El análisis de esta rica base fenomenológica confirma la frecuente disconformidad en la expresión de género infantil de estos jóvenes que hoy se definen como homosexuales y, en menor medida, bisexuales (94% frente a 25%, en los elementos más comunes analizados). El estudio confirma en jóvenes españoles un fenómeno que ha sido documentado transculturalmente.
