Abstract

Abstract

The attribution of an effective disciplinary powers is one of the characteristics to possess the bodies exercising a function of economic and financial control of political parties. The Spanish Court of Auditors has this power, but must be further strengthened. At work the disciplinary legal regime in the field of regular funding of political parties and electoral funding, after the reforms of the Law on Financing of Political Parties and the Electoral Law in 2012 and 2015 is examined.
