Abstract

In this academic survey a group of Constitutional Law Professors answer some questions on the effects of artificial intelligence on fundamental rights: on rights related to democratic processes, and on other specific fundamental rights, and even on the dogmatic of rights themselves; on the possible need to recognize new rights and to establish new forms of guarantee for fundamental rights; and on the European regulations on the subject.
