In this academic survey a group of Constitutional Law Professors answer some questions about personal data protection and its challenges in the digital society, the recognition of a fundamental right of data protection and its possibilities against the transnational threats, the way of recognition of that right in a national and supranational process, the role played by the legislators and the judges, and about the data protection agencies and its functions.
