Abstract

The conditioning of citizens on politics is primarily intended to materialize their interests and convictions; and this is done mainly through political parties. Parties articulate social interests, direct the political institutions and try to materialize their objectives particularly by occupying the decision-making positions. For this reason our democracy owes political parties legal recognition as special organizations, but also the legal it is necessary to analize parliamentary groups as the parliamentary arm of the parties.
