Abstract

This article presents some reflections on the analysis of the didactic communication undertaken in distance education programs that are developed completely or partially in virtual learning environments in Argentina. As part of the design and development of specific proposals, this article identifies some less formal aspects of the interaction between teachers and students as a way to identify ways to improve teaching and learning.
