This article purpose is double; one face we t,y to test the New Technologies application building up significant learning through the preparation of multimedia applications using Internet and based on CDROM, and in other face offering to the students and teachers an open environment to use distance learning. We apply these techniques to the Telematics and Renewable Energy subjects, and to the design and building a material and document database to be used as supporting materials for the teaching purposes. Software and applications are available, depending of the application, in a multimedia CD-ROM or on-line in Internet.Downloads
