In the case presented, it is proposed to show how the body can be used as an exceptional communication channel when the patient refuses oral communication. Psychotherapy is established in a picture that we call "maternal care." For this to be a true "picture" it must last as long as necessary, which involves considerable work on the part of the psychotherapist. This leaves us at the same time a certain freedom for small variations in other elements that are generally part of the table (hours, duration of the interviews, etc.)
