En este articulo se presenta la Terapia Cognitiva desde una perspectiva evolutivo- constructivista. De acuerdo con esta perspectiva la finalidad principal de la Terapia Constructivista es reconstruir el proceso de formacion ontogenética del Self. Para poder llevar a buen término este proceso reconstructivo se enfoca las intervenciones terapéuticas hacia las etapas del desarrollo evolutivo a mas de un estadio de autoobservacion del Self.
