The following article will explain the supervisions made throughout the therapy process of a case of familiar maltreatment, psychological abuse, and child-battering. Considering the Moral Development Theory, the patient’s growth to autonomy was hampered by the emotional and moral deprivations suffered, and it was necessary to support the creation of personal values as basis to developing an own referent.
